1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Learn Anywhere platform (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. Users under 18 must obtain permission from a parent or guardian. You must ensure all registration information is accurate and kept up to date.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use Learn Anywhere in a lawful manner and not to:

  • Post or distribute unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the Service

Webanywhere Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

4. Content Ownership and Licensing

User-generated content remains your property, but you grant Webanywhere Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, and display your content for the operation and improvement of the Service.

All platform materials, software, trademarks, and content (excluding user content) are the property of Webanywhere Limited or its licensors.

5. Payment and Subscription

Some features may require payment. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Subscription details, billing cycles, and cancellation policies will be made clear at the time of purchase.

No partial refunds are given except where required by law.

6. Availability and Modifications

We aim to provide a reliable Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, enhance, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webanywhere Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Business interruption or loss of profits
  • Any inaccuracies in user-generated content

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
