Collaborative Learning

LearnAnywhere is an excellent tool for collaborative learning in primary schools. Designed specifically for this age group, it has numerous features and benefits:

» Communicate with peers using secure messaging

Pupils can communicate with their peers through secure, email-style messaging. This not only allows them to keep in touch with one another, but encourages collaboration and develops written communication skills.

» A safe monitored environment

Pupil messaging is restricted to the school community, and is monitorable to ensure that the service is being used in an appropriate and learning centered manner. Messaging can be suspended or disabled for certain users or groups of users as the school sees fit.

» Discuss group work, homework assignments

With 24 hour access, pupils can use the LearnAnywhere platform to discuss assignments with their classmates outside school hours, or to complete group work exercises, with the ability to share documents and feedback with your peers and even across participating schools.

» View what's coming up at school and in your courses

Upcoming events such as deadlines, school trips, can be viewed on a single screen, ensuring pupils are aware of the important items in a given week, including group work exercises or coursework hand-ins.
